I was born in Manitoba, Canada now residing in Calgary, Alberta. I am blessed with the good fortune of marrying into a Sri Lankan family with grass roots connections to the gem business. I became involved in the gem industry in 2004 and learned the trade through hands on experience over the past 20 years. Accompanied by my brother-in-law who is a very well respected gentleman residing in Sri Lanka and my son Nathan, we travel to various trusted suppliers throughout the country acquiring only the best quality gemstones.
